We have a wealth of food products in the Upper Shannon Erne Region of Cavan, Leitrim, Longford & Roscommon from Artisan producers to larger companies, many of whom are already household names. We are also very lucky to have wonderful people who use these local produce on a daily basis such as hotels, restaurants and of course the shops who stock them.

We are currently working with partners WestBic as part of European Project to examine international best practise examples in food distribution.
